For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxing and punctual experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
