Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request that any cancellations be notified at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. We offer the flexibility to modify your reservation at no additional cost through our online platform www.gowellness.app up to 4 hours before your massage. For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxing and punctual experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Consultation: Prior to your massage or treatment, our therapist may conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs, preferences, and any relevant medical conditions.
