For changes made with less than 3 hours' notice, a 15% handling fee of the total service cost will apply. Cancellations: Advance Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation more than 4 hours in advance of your scheduled treatment time, there will be no penalty, and you will receive a full refund of the service amount. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. No-Show: In case of a no-show (failure to attend your appointment without prior notice), the advance payment for the service will not be refunded. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such situations, we will offer you the option to reschedule your appointment, which will incur a 30% penalty of the service cost when making the new reservation.
