Hair Analysis & Diagnosis: An initial examination to determine the specific needs of your scalp and hair type, selecting the most suitable professional formula. 2. Cleansing & Preparation Phase: Application of a professional shampoo customized to your identified hair needs. 3. Nutritive Complex Application: An intensive, three-step treatment using advanced formulas to hydrate, repair, and fortify the hair fiber. 4. Upper Extremities Massage Therapy: A drainage and relaxation massage focused on the arms and shoulders to release accumulated tension and enhance overall well-being. 5. Advanced Facial Treatment: This protocol is a meticulous, eight-step process designed to purify, nourish, and rejuvenate the skin. Facial Phases: 1. Integral Osmotic Cleansing: A gentle foam cleanses with green tea and aloe vera extracts, using osmosis to balance hydration. 2. Double-Action Exfoliation: An enzymatic peptide dissolves dead cells while olive pit microparticles provide a physical exfoliation, leaving skin renewed and smooth. 3. Pore-Cleansing Lotion: A lotion with burdock extract deeply cleanses pores and regulates sebum. 4. Cancellation Policy
Reservations: Advance reservations are required for all massages and treatments. Full payment may be necessary to secure your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request that any cancellations be notified at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. We offer the flexibility to modify your reservation at no additional cost through our online platform www.gowellness.app up to 4 hours before your massage. For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxing and punctual experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Consultation: Prior to your massage or treatment, our therapist may conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs, preferences, and any relevant medical conditions. We kindly ask that you inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns you may have. Respect & Confidentiality: We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. The confidentiality of our clients is a fundamental priority. Comfort: Your well-being is paramount. We encourage you to communicate any concerns regarding pressure, temperature, or any other aspect of your treatment to your therapist to ensure your utmost comfort. Payment: Payment for your treatment will be processed prior to its commencement. We accept major credit cards and cash. Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult during treatments. Certain treatments may not be suitable for minors.
