Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
