Then we tone your skin with a Black Orchid facial tonic lotion, enriched with black orchid extract, hyaluronic acid, and bakuchiol, a natural alternative to retinol that helps improve firmness without irritation. The massage is performed using different ergonomically designed wooden tools, adapted to facial anatomy, with specific movements to drain, tone, and remodel. We finish by applying the Black Orchid facial mask, a gel mask that contains black orchid extract, hyaluronic acid, bakuchiol, tsubaki oil, vitamin E, and an anti-glycation system, as well as centella asiatica and vitamin C to soothe, hydrate, and improve skin resistance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request that any cancellations be notified at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. We offer the flexibility to modify your reservation at no additional cost through our online platform www.gowellness.app up to 4 hours before your massage. For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxing and punctual experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Consultation: Prior to your massage or treatment, our therapist may conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs, preferences, and any relevant medical conditions. We kindly ask that you inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns you may have.
