Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request that any cancellations be notified at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. We offer the flexibility to modify your reservation at no additional cost through our online platform www.gowellness.app up to 4 hours before your massage. For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxing and punctual experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Consultation: Prior to your massage or treatment, our therapist may conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs, preferences, and any relevant medical conditions. We kindly ask that you inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns you may have. Respect & Confidentiality: We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. The confidentiality of our clients is a fundamental priority. Comfort: Your well-being is paramount. Payment: Payment for your treatment will be processed prior to its commencement. We accept major credit cards and cash.
