Our Secret: The session begins with a deep facial cleansing using an osmotic foam that balances skin hydration with green tea and aloe vera extracts, followed by a gentle exfoliation with a double-action cream that renews the skin surface. Next, the face is toned with a black orchid lotion enriched with hyaluronic acid and bakuchiol to improve firmness, and a black orchid facial mask is applied to soothe and hydrate with tsubaki oil and vitamin E. The facial treatment culminates with a black orchid cream that nourishes, protects, and reduces wrinkles with shea butter and vitamin C. For the body, a revitalizing exfoliation is performed with sea salts and marine fossils to detoxify and soften the skin, preparing the body for a relaxing massage with an oil that combines floral and fruity essences enriched with vitamins A, E, and F for deep nourishment and total relaxation. Cancellation Policy
Reservations: Advance reservations are required for all massages and treatments. Full payment may be necessary to secure your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly request that any cancellations be notified at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. We offer the flexibility to modify your reservation at no additional cost through our online platform www.gowellness.app up to 4 hours before your massage. For appointment changes requested with less than 4hours' notice, a management fee of €10 might apply. Our aim is to accommodate your needs; however, cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice, without the possibility of rescheduling, will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Arrival Time: To ensure a relaxing and punctual experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Consultation: Prior to your massage or treatment, our therapist may conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs, preferences, and any relevant medical conditions. We kindly ask that you inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns you may have.
