Cancellation Policy
Reservations: Advance reservations are required for all massages and treatments. A credit card or deposit may be necessary to secure your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Consultation: A brief consultation will be conducted before each massage or treatment to discuss your specific needs, preferences, and any medical conditions. Please inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns. Respect & Confidentiality: We uphold a professional and respectful environment. Client confidentiality is strictly maintained. Comfort: Please communicate with your therapist throughout the treatment regarding pressure, temperature, or any other concerns to ensure your comfort. Payment: Payment is due prior starting of your treatment. We accept major credit cards and cash. Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult during treatments. Some treatments may not be suitable for minors. Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions may contraindicate specific massages or treatments. Please consult with your physician if you have any concerns.
