Service Description
Spa Circuit (60 Minutes) https://bit.ly/4foMWRR Preparation & Reception (5 min): Receive your towel, mandatory swim cap, and locker key. Store your shoes in the locker (street shoes are not allowed in the spa area; only personal sandals). Initial acclimatization, showering, and preparation for the circuit. Dry Sauna (10 min): Dry heat promotes detoxification, muscle relaxation, and improves blood circulation as preparation for subsequent treatments. Reminder: Mandatory use of a towel on the wood. Cold Bucket / Contrast Shower (2 min): Take a quick cold shower or bucket splash immediately after the sauna. The temperature contrast stimulates circulation and revitalizes the body. Steam Room / Turkish Bath (8 min): A steam room that further cleanses the skin, relaxes muscles, and clears the respiratory tract. (A towel is not mandatory inside the Turkish bath). Hydrotherapy Jet Showers (8 min): Move on to the hydrotherapy jet showers. Pressurized water jets massage the body, relieve tension, and promote circulation. Heated Pool with Jacuzzi (22 min): Immerse yourself in our heated pool with jacuzzi. Enjoy warm water and bubbles for deep relaxation. Swim cap is mandatory in this area. Preparation for Exit (5 min): After the pool, please take a brief moment to gather your belongings and prepare for departure. This allows for a gradual adjustment before leaving, as the next session will soon begin and new guests will arrive. Please head to the changing rooms when ready. 3. Additional Tips and Reservations Reservations and Cancellations Advance bookings are required. Guests can manage and cancel their bookings online up to 1 hour before start time. Re-entry: Guests may leave and re-enter the spa area during their booked time slot, though total usage time will not be extended. Return and Safety Provided towels and swim caps must be returned to the spa staff at the end of the visit (do not take them out of the spa area). Emergency exits are for emergencies only. Listen to your body, stay hydrated, and enjoy the calm atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy
Admission Conditions and Age Strictly prohibited for children under 5 years old. Children between 5 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Adults-Only Hours: Children are not allowed during designated adult-only times. Please check the family hours. Appropriate swimwear and footwear are mandatory. The spa reserves the right of admission. Prior Hygiene Rules Mandatory Shower: It is essential to shower before entering the water circuit or saunas. No Direct Sweat: It is strictly prohibited to enter the pool with body sweat without taking a prior shower after using the saunas. Sauna Hygiene: The use of a towel to sit on is mandatory; direct contact of skin or sweat with the wood is prohibited. Health Precautions Observe the maximum recommended stay times in the saunas and steam room. Absolute Ban: Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Individuals with severe heart conditions, high blood pressure, or pregnant women must consult their doctor before using intensive heat sources. Code of Conduct Quiet and Relaxation: Keep your voice low. Shouting, running, or excessive noise are prohibited. Mobile Devices: The use of phones and screens in relaxation areas is prohibited to protect privacy. Refreshments: Only personal plastic water bottles are allowed. Glass, alcohol, and food are strictly prohibited. One lounger per person. Special Footwear and Swim Cap: Wearing your own sandals or bath shoes is mandatory (the spa does not provide footwear). The swim cap provided by the spa is strictly mandatory only in the pool and jacuzzi area.
