Circuit Description: At Best Hotels, we have designed a unique wellness experience, combining the best relaxation and revitalization treatments to offer you an unforgettable time. This circuit, ideal for adults seeking to disconnect and renew, lasts 1 hour, ensuring a quiet and personalized environment. Preparation (5 minutes): Upon arrival, receive your towel, mandatory swimming cap, and locker key. Please store shoes in the locker; footwear is not permitted in the spa area. Acclimate and prepare for your wellness journey. Sauna (10 minutes): Begin with a 10-minute sauna session. The dry heat promotes detoxification, muscle relaxation, and improved circulation, preparing your body for subsequent treatments. Cold Bucket Shower (2 minutes): Immediately follow the sauna with a quick cold bucket shower. The temperature contrast stimulates circulation and invigorates the body. Turkish Bath (8 minutes): Continue with the Turkish bath, a steam room that further cleanses the skin, relaxes muscles, and opens airways. Hydromassage Jet Showers (8 minutes): Transition to the hydromassage jet showers. The pressurized water jets massage the body, relieving tension and enhancing circulation. Heated Pool with Jacuzzi (22 minutes): Immerse yourself in our heated pool with jacuzzi. Enjoy the warm water and bubbles for deep relaxation. Herbal tea is available at the pool bar during this time. Preparing to Exit (5 minutes): After the pool, please take a short moment to gather your belongings and prepare for your departure. This allows you to slowly adjust before leaving the spa, as the next session will be starting soon and new guests will be arriving. To avoid congestion, please proceed to the changing rooms when you feel ready. If you'd like to book any additional paid spa treatments or massages to complement your experience, you can conveniently reserve online at gowellness.app or at the spa reception where we will be happy to provide you with information on our offerings. Additional Tips: Hydrate before and after your session (Bring your water, please). Listen to your body and adjust durations as needed. Focus on deep breathing and sensory experiences. Cancellation Policy
Reservations: Advance reservations are required. Cancellations are permitted, clients can cancel their own bookings online up to 1 hour before the start time. Restrictions and Regulations: Entry is prohibited for children under 5 years old. Children between 5 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The use of a swimsuit and appropriate footwear is mandatory within the SPA facilities. The SPA reserves the right of admission. Adults-Only Hours: During designated adults-only hours, children are not permitted. If you wish to visit the spa with children, please consult our family hours and purchase the appropriate tickets. Access: Shoes are not allowed within the spa area, beyond the changing rooms. To maintain hygiene and tranquility, guests are required to walk with the sandals provided by the spa. Swimming Cap: The use of a swimming cap is mandatory at all times within the pool and jacuzzi area. Behavior: Guests are requested to maintain a calm and quiet environment. Shouting and excessive noise are not permitted. Emergency Exits: Emergency exits are for emergency situations only. They are not to be used for entering or exiting the spa. Consumption: Smoking and consuming outside food or beverages within the spa are not permitted, with the exception of water or beverages in personal plastic bottles. Bed Usage: One bed is allowed per person. Towels: Provided towels must be returned to spa staff upon completion of the visit. Towels are not to be removed from the spa area. Re-entry: Guests may exit and re-enter the spa area during their reserved hour, but the total usage time will not be extended.
