Through a comprehensive initial evaluation, Felipe will discern your specific needs, seamlessly integrating the finest techniques of Osteopathy and Quiromassage. This tailored experience may also include precise chiropractic adjustments, focused Acupuncture points, targeted Cupping Therapy, or supportive Kinesiotaping, ensuring a profound and lasting treatment that addresses the root cause of discomfort and optimizes your functional well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Making Reservations: We invite you to book your Holistic Wellness experience through our www.gowellness.app (We highly recommend making your reservation in advance, especially for high-demand services or specific specialists, to secure your preferred time.) Preparing for Your Session: For most of our services, we kindly ask you to arrive at our wellness space at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to prepare, discreetly complete any necessary health forms, and briefly consult with your therapist, ensuring your session is perfectly tailored to your needs and maximizes its benefits. Health Considerations: Your safety and the success of your treatment are paramount. Please inform your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns (including pregnancy) at the time of booking or before your session begins. All personal information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and discretion. Cancellation & Modification Policy: We understand plans can change, and we deeply value our specialists' dedication. Cancellations: You can cancel your reservation without charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice will incur a charge of 30% of the total service value. Modifications (Changes to Time/Date): You can modify your reservation without charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled session time. Changes made with less than 4 hours' notice might incur a €20 charge. No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show for your appointment, 100% of the service value will be charged. However, in an effort to accommodate you, we will attempt to reschedule your appointment for another day with an additional €25 penalty fee. If rescheduling is not possible, only 50% of the original service value will be refunded. Punctuality Sessions are precisely timed for optimal guest experience. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, and the full service charge will still apply. Should our specialists encounter a rare delay, we'll promptly notify you and adjust as needed to ensure your quality experience. In-Room Services (Clinical Hypnosis) For your Clinical Hypnosis session, our specialist will visit your room for ultimate privacy. Please ensure a quiet, comfortable, and undisturbed environment for this transformative experience. This service is exclusively for Spanish speakers.
